I am Erika A. I am 26 years old and I’m living in Manila. I have an experience at a human resources assistant, HR equipment specialist, HR Manager, Operations Supervisor and also admin work as a virtual assistant.

In my previous work experience, I have done extensive human resource analysis leading to higher retainment of employees resulting in a reduction in the cost of recruitment. I have knowledge of multi-state HR principles and practices as well as administration and evaluation of these programs.

I also have knowledge and development and implementation of policies and also maintaining professionalism in the workplace which resulted in reduction in employment liabilities and issues as well as increased knowledge to supervisors.

I also have an experience in coaching training and developing and decreasing employee relationship issues. You should hire me because in my previous work experience I have demonstrated the ability to build a positive working relationship at all levels.

I have experience with training, HR metrics and numerous ecosystems. In this position I will bring reliability professionalism and a well rounded HR professional. What makes me productive is the positive work environment that I’m involved in. Because I believe that a happy employee increases productivity and a high productivity means I have employer.

I’m looking for a stable job that pays well because I’m a single mom and all single moms would understand how challenging it is to juggle work and mommy duties at the same time.
