Hi there, Hope you’re well. It was with much interest that I read your today’s job posting for General Virtual Assistant. Your description of the work responsibilities incumbent upon your next General VA closely match my experience so I am excited to submit my resume to you. I’ve been a Virtual Assistant to a Cleaning Company in Toronto, ON area. Task includes calendar management (Google), CRM entry, email handling, transcription, preparing invoices and quotations, appointment setting, taking inbound calls and lots of research work. Stayed in the company for 3 years. Also, I was working as a VA for almost 2 years to an American Clothing Company. I was doing appointment setting, taking inbound calls, calling existing clients, email handling, calendar management (Outlook), doing a few transcription, referral entry (hotlisting) collections, CRM entry and research as well.
