Alexa has been a customer support for 3 years and was promoted as a supervisor. She does telephone, e-mail, and chat support. Resolving customer issue to avoid being escalated to managers (first call resolution), billing and taking payments, order management (processing orders, deliveries, providing tracking number), responding to e-mails in a timely manner, selling products, encouraging customer’s for service upgrades if necessary, handling a team, and coaching agents on what area needs improvement. Alexa previously worked as real estate VA. Alexa is familar with administrative tasks like cold calling, updating Podio, messaging customers and submit the offers to them through Podio, follow up on leads, appointment setting, property research and updating CRM on a daily basis, data entry, email marketing, lead generation and ARV. Alexa has experience in Mojo dialer (triple line), Vulcan7, Podio, Zillow, Trulia, and Craigslist.
